I haven't used that particular product but the products I have used from Electrodynamics have been excellent.

I just installed one. I haven't flown the plane yet, but did a range check with the engine running and went twice as far out as normal and didn't get any glitches. However, I was on PCM, so I thought I would switch to a FM reciver and see if any problems show up. If they don't, all will appear OK.

I have used them in exclusively for the last 3 years and have had no problems whatsoever. I use a lot of ED's stuff and it's always been first class.

There have been a few of these units and Jomar comes to mind also which I have used. but if one of the circuit fails, then the whole unit has to be replaced.

That is the reason I developed the Fiber Optic servo extensions which fix more then one problem, it isolate the servos from the receiver, eleminates the long signal wire syndrom, and boost the signal so that you could attach up to 7 servos to the one extension. Should you have a bad servo, it cannot feed back noise to the receiver. Also you now have the possibility to have a complete redundency system.
