Default JR XP8103 UK / USA frequencies

Hi,

Looking to buy a JR XP8103 when I visit Canada next month as the price saving is good when compared with UK price.

Question is will there be any problem with frequencies?
Can these be overcome with new X-tals or RF Modules?

Any help would be gratefully accepted!

Thanks,

Jason

You will need to buy a new 35 meg module and 35 meg receivers if you buy one when you're there.

Why not just buy one from www.cyberheli.com Then you can have it sent with the right frequency (35) and get it cheaper because its from abroad. Seems like a better deal doing it that way to me.

Also be aware that the 8103 / 3810 may well be being discontinued in favour of the new JR PCM 9X due for release shortly.
