Default RF CH25 Reciever or Transmitter

I need a little help, I have a crystal it says 72.290 RF CH25. Is this a transmitter or reciever crystal, my guess is it is a reciever. Can any tell me for sure

For what it's worth, it is not legal to change the frequency of a 72mhz TX unless you are a FCC licensed tech.

Second, you need to be concerned if the Xtal is a single or dual conversion. I've got a couple on my desk right now that I"m not sure about. There was a RX crystal that states Dual conversion, and it's tag is red. The two with RF have a blue markers.

Just tried them and one of the blue tags works and the other doesn't. The one that doesn't has some slightly bent pins, so I'm assuming it is dammage. I trashed it.

With the information provided, it is near to impossible to determine what you are asking.

What brand are the crystals? If known.
Are they "covered" with a plastic "case" or do they have a simple paper band around them?
What markings are on the crystal/paper? EXACTLY?
A picture is worth 1000 words.
