Default Hobbico Rx.

I Have a hobbico command receiver can any one tell me, being it uses Futaba crystals, If this receiver is a high or low band receiver like Futaba or can you plug any crystal in and have it work properly. I have emailed hobbico tech help and they will not respond with an answer.
Thanks Fred

Unless the receiver's marked, you can't tell just by looking at it whether it's hi or lo band. If you put in a crystal and get a good range check, you'll be OK. Otherwise, you'll need to get the receiver retuned.

Please be advised that all emails sent to us are answered, usually within 48 hours or so. With the large amount of emails received, an answer within a few hours, or even the same day is not always possible.

Default RE: Hobbico Rx.

Can This Command receiver work with a JR transmitter if I put the right crystal in it... provided the hi or low band matches?

Default RE: Hobbico Rx.

A Futaba negative-shift RX will not work with a JR/Airt positive-shift TX.
