RE: Futaba 9c 2.4 modules
I've had my 7 Ch. Fasst module in my 9CAP since September and have had no problems. Just make sure to range test your radio and plane before every flying session. There's a debate going on in another forum between the Futaba Fasst 7C's & 6E's and they claim one radio with a Fasst module shot down someone elses plane, and when checking the systom after the crash. The other guys radio contoled someone else Fasst RX in another plane.
Just be careful and if you have any problems contact Krista or Bax or have your systom checked out.

RE: Futaba 9c 2.4 modules
Hi,
I bought the TM-7 module with its receiver a while ago for a 9C I never got.
So it was there and I decided to give it a try in my Hitec Eclipse 7, because the Spectra modules from Hitec can be used in Futaba transmitters with no problems.
It fits and works. The only problem is, that the antenna points downwards.[X(]
If the antenna is moved 90 degrees away from the transmitter, I could fly my plane. Range check (before flight) was o.k.
But I will buy a 7C FASST, because my Eclipse is missing features I need in some planes. For example a 3-way switch which could be programmed for 3-position airbrakes or flaps. I used my Tracker III for these planes, but as I will completely change to 2.4 Ghz, I can't use the Tracker any longer.
When Futaba comes out with a 9C FASST I will buy that one too and replace the 6-channel FASST with it (which is a nice radio too).
