Default Futaba 12FG/TM14 buddy compatible with 2.4GHz 6EX?

Is the Futaba 12FG/TM14 buddy lead compatible with 2.4GHz 6EX?

According to page 28 in the 12FG manual, you must use a "12FG special trainer cable" with the 4EX, 6EX, 7C, & 9C transmitters.

Hi Adavis,
just wondered if you had found what lead is required fot the 12fg to buddy with a 6ex as im having the issue where the 6ex will work just fine but the low voltage alarm goes off constantly due to the fact that the 12fg has a 6 cell battery and the 6ex has a 8 cell pack thus leading to this error. I am using a standard buddy lead at this time.

FUTM 4405 is the part number for the trainer cord. Loot it up on tower for their part number.
