Default question on spectrum dx6i

I'm shopping for medium priced radio for my king2 and CX450 and saw the dx6i. I'll be flying in the park and don't need anything too fancy. Will this radio do the job? thanks

Default RE: question on spectrum dx6i

It's a cute little radio with a surprising number of features. The regular set is not yet available but they are showing up in the Blade 400 heli's with 4 AA size alkaline batteries in them.

As for range, it depends on which rx you're planning on using? The AR6200 that will come with the set is rated as a full range system since that rx has a satellite rx. With the AR6100 like comes in the Blade 400, it is rated as a park flyer setup as the 6100 does not have the satellite rx.

Does that help?
