Its for those that don't have a governor. Increasing your collective increases the load on the rotor disk but because of throttle and pitch curve relationships your throttle is increased as well. Well when you give cyclic you also increase the load on the disk but with no throttle input. This mix gives you some throttle when you add cyclic to keep a constant head speed, something a governor takes care of.

Turn it on, set it to 25 percent, it wont hurt you and if you dont do any hard 3d it wont do much either. That or just inhibit it.

Its a great mix. We used to do it with P-mixes but mixes dont respect the end points of the slave channel so you could over drive the servo and pop the throttle link. This just allows you to turn on a preset mix thats smart enough not to overdrive the throttle servo.

Its good stuff, I'm glad Futaba put it in the new 7CFaast, its a feature typically found in the 9c and higher end radios.

I just ordered my 2.4 ghz 7CH.
Haven't recieved it quite yet.
I am glad to hear about the new functions.
Do you think I will need throttle mix with my Trex 600e ? Or is that only for nitro fuel engines ?
