I too was surprised to see that it has the JST connectors, I wouldn't be surprised if they followed up with a version with standard connectors. That's one of the list of questions I have for the "Team Futaba" guys this Saturday at the WRAM show in NY.

Well in Spektrums case it lowers it by 10 bucks, but with the AR6100's reputation, I'd be very happy to pay 60 bucks for the fasst receiver with normal plugs, since it's solid to at least 1000' range.

By the standards of all the users I know- it is a winner - -low cost , low weight and on intended applications - works extremely well.
been using em since they came out - never a lockout - and all the users I have asked - agree.
