Futaba FF9 Set Up Advice

You guys have given me loads of help in the past, and many thanks for that...
Ok I am starting to hover with my Raptor V2
I am after some advice please for the Throttle set up and the Pitch Curve as well. Would like to know what you guys have yours set too. The manual for the FF9 has the throttle set at 0-25-50-75-100
Is this an average set up,
Also I am struggling with the set up for Throttle cut, I can set the switch I wish to use for this and set the Throttle cut activation position but when I switch the switch, in my case 'H' nothing happens.. any advice
While we are at it also advice on throttle hold would be good to..
set up advice any and all is a great help for a newbie..!!
