Default servo jitter/glitching but this is different, vey strange !

Just finished my new foamy the Nasty with a 3 cell 11.1 volt pack and micro receiver and 8g servos. When I turn on, the airelon sevo starts to jitter. When I touch the airelons it stops but as soon as i tap the airelons with my finger ie cause vibration, it does it again. I changed servos but still the same.

Now the funny thing is that the airelon sevos does this even if i plug it into a different channel but if i plug the rudder servo into the airelon servo the rudder does not jitter !

Another strange thing is if I remove the carbon rod linkages it does not do it !!!!!!!!!! only when I re connect one or two airelon linkages does this jitter start again.

Can this be some sort of interfearance having something to do with the carbon fibre wing spar and the carbon fibre linkages !! I just dont know but all I can say is that im baffled !

sounds like a bad servo, luckily you can probably replace for under 15 bux, i have had that happen on some old servos, but never new ones.....

I did change it , got it off my other foamy but still did the same . Could it be possible that both servos are bad ?

Possibly both servos are bad - or possibly a faulty connector - is it connected to a Y lead?

I had a similar experience recently on a foamy where I couldn't get a range check of any type on it. I changed receivers a couple of times, batteris and it was all because of a faulty plug on my aileron Y lead. the pins would move to almost touch each other when it got plugged in. I replaced the lead and the problem was solved

Solved the problem ! Changed servo to a different brand and all ok ( so far )

But it still baffles me what happened. As soon as I just touched the airelon carbon fibre linkage to the servo horn ...........it starts to twitch, and n both servos of same brand.

Anyway life is a mystery and in our hobby even more. Thank guys for your replies !
