"Buddy Boxing"
Hi,
If you are handy you'll make a buddy lead like the one mentioned in my website, chapter 7, figure 7f-03. This lead does NOT include power from master to slave and is thus very safe in case some wires goes nuts. And all in all, only 2 wires to solder at both end, and no danger with frying parts in your Futaba, like it is mentioned in chapter 3 of my website. With this lead, both transmitters must be switched on, but crystal of slave transmitter must be removed (as always, to be safe).
If no self-made buddy lead, then, indeed, only use a Hitec lead as mentioned by John.
Happy learnings,
Olivier
