Spektrum Flight Log
Started using Flight Log to tune receiver placement/orientation.
Aircraft was getting about 15 frames losses per minute (AR 7000).
Re-oriented satellite receiver and it went to zero.
Not a necessity but every little improvement reduces the chance of problems.

[8D]Only the new ones...if you sent it back to Horizon for software upgrade..then it will have that function...the new 7000's has a data port.

It's my understanding that there isn't a different port on the new AR7000's, just different labeling for the single Batt port?

RE: Spektrum Flight Log
I've started setting my airplanes up with an extra charge receptacle. One is used as per normal to charge the battery and the other uses a servo extension from the bind/data port. This means that the plug from the switch for receiver power must go into an unused channel. If there is an unused channel in the setup, this allows the flight log data to be viewed before system shutdown.
