Default I've never taken apart something so complicated before

Whether it be laptops, or anything high tech, I've never taken apart anything overly complicated as my Futaba 3PKS radio, I had to take it apart to pop out the clear screen protector to install a new one. How they make these things so complicated is beyond me haha. There has to be like 15 PCB's in there, all with major components on them. This radio must have the power of the sun in it.

Sounds like it was designed by the same guy that writes the manuals.

Thought I'd post a picture, the screen protector is actually just held in by tabs, I guess it could be popped out without taking the radio apart, but it was easier to push out from the back without damage.

I haven't ordered the replacement protector yet, here is what it looks like without it
