I've had the 9X2 and a friend of mine had the 9303. The only difference i found was digital trim and longer travel on the 9X2's throttle stick.
The 9303 has a limiter on the throttle stick. All high end radios has this limiter (as far as I know).

G'day Mate,
The 9303 is the American version, it has analogue throttle trim, the PCM9x V2 is the Australian & English/ European version, & it has Digital trims on all sticks.
The Australian, English/European version of the 2.4Ghz 9303, is known as the DSX9 2.4, it has digital trims, on all sticks.
