Default jr x9303 2.4 question

what do i need to do to get the receiver and transmitter to communicate.... i purchased one used and it arrived today with no manual in it.....

Download the manual from Horizon Hobby. The radio does not come with a manual, it comes with a CD. You have a great radio.

First and foremost, hopefully dude that sold you the transmitter included the bind plug, if not you. you will need to go but at the LHS. Then all you need to do ishook up battery to a switch,bind plug on other end then plug into your receiver. turn on reciever, leds will flash then press bind button on back of transmitter and turn transmitter on. Make sure you establish you desired failsafe stick positions first. when leds go solid on receivers, your in. Also you may be able to down load the manual on JRS web site, you are going to need it. Oh by the way, Metallica kicks ass

Or just make one from a female servo connector

Make sure the switch harness has three wires.

no no bind plug included....... yes i founfd he manual thanks to jpdey and ggroyal... looks like im gonna have to call the not so local LHS and see if they have one, or just order it, perhaps one of the guys at the field will lend me their just so i can bind..... yes The Black Album on back metallica kicks ass [sm=punching.gif]


how can i make one josey, i have lots of servo extensions , i dont mind cutting one up?


*edit so i can make a bind plug by completing the circuit between the black and white wires on a cut servo extension?

You can make a blind plug very simply. Take a JR male connector and cut-off the center red wire. Then join the outer brown and yellow wires. I made mine from old servo and three wire battery leads.
