Discharging FUT6AS transmitter pack
Is there a good reason why you cant discharge your transmitter battery from the charge jack? Can the transmitter be modified to do this? Leaving the transmitter on or removing the battery pick is such a pain.

Yes there is a reason. Good or not depends on if you like being protected from being stupid or not.

I recently did this on a Skyport 4 and it works well. I'm reserving doing it to my 8U for a bit but probably will do it as well when I replace the too small 600 mah battery that came with it.
