PCM receiver with FM transmitter
They say the only stupid question is the unasked question, so I am going to ask one. I believe I know the answer, but here goes anyway. Will a PCM receiver work with an FM transmitter both on the same frequency with negative shift? Thanks in advance, folks.

RE: PCM receiver with FM transmitter
One other detail to consider with a PCM receiver, it must be the same brand as the transmitter, all PCM systems are brand proprietary.
Good luck,

RE: PCM receiver with FM transmitter
I had a Futaba Conquest PCM non-computer radio. It only worked with Futaba PCM receivers. I also had Futaba PPM only radios that would not work with Futaba PCM receivers.
When I bought my first Futaba T6XA, computer radio, it was PPM/PCM switchable, but Futaba had not come out with newer PCM receivers, so I was stuck with PPM. Futaba then came out with 8ch PCM receivers and even sold the T6XA with either a PPM or PCM receiver. Since then, all Futaba computer radios are PPM/PCM switchable, but a Tx set to PCM does not work with a PPM receiver, and vice versa. I have used a mix of PCM and PPM receivers and each model memory on the Tx allows you to set the default for PPM or PCM.
