2.4 gig receivers set up.
i just bought a 2.4 spektrum radio system for my jr 9303.i was wondering as to where i should put my sat receiver in my plane.i have a smartfly eq 6 power box.my receiver is plugged into this unit and i was wondering where would be a good position or spot in my plane.i have submitted a pic of my set up.i have it hooked up to the side of my plane.there is also a nother peice of velcro to the right in the picture.maybe i could put it to the right of the receiver instead.i just want to make sure my instal is correct.this is my first 2.4 set up.any info is appreciated.thankx.

RE: 2.4 gig receivers set up.
The way you have it installed is OK but better would be to rotate the satellite receiver 90 degrees so the antennae point up and down. The way you show it the satellite anntennae are parallel to one of the antennae on the main receiver. I would also be leary of having your power equalizer block the main receiver.
Also, for a reciprocating engine I'd take all the precautions of isolating the receivers in foam. Double sided servo tape or velcro is OK for jets or electrics.
