I have used the clear silicone grease that Team Associated recommends for their differential grease. You can find small, toothpaste tube type bottles in the RC Car sections. They also make a black grease in the same size bottle so be aware.

Tamiya Ceramic Grease______from your local Hobby Shop. TAM87025 by Tamiya America, Inc 10 gram tube about $6.00. That amount should take you to the end of ____well, about everything.
Use sparingly, you need very little to do a good job.

Works equally well on nylon, metal or other plastics.

Servo - Troubleshooting problems (Inc DIY Servo Gear Lube) : Hitec answers
"Q. What is servo grease?
Use only silicon based servo grease when replacing servo gears. Using other type of grease not intended for servo gears may produce a gas when used in sealed cases which may coat a nasty film on the motor brush that could stop the servos operation. Hitec recommends our product #58450, servo grease."
