8103 problem

I turned my radio on about 2 hours ago and a strange thing happened.
It comes up on the screen flashing "warning f mode".

I could not find anything about this in the manual. Does anyone know what is going on here?
Also the buttons seam to have no effect.

Page 60 of the manual, Flight Mode switch is on.
