Default What shift are older EXPERT radios?

I picked up a late 70's early 80's Expert from Ebay. I am going to replace the batteries and get a berg reciever, but don't know what shift the transmitter outputs, Negative (Futaba) or Positive (JR)

Anyone know?

Jeff

Default Expert shift

Hi Jeff,

The ones I have had were neg. shift because I presently use one with my Futaba TX and with My Prism 7X set neg shift.

Any of the popular RX's on neg shift or with selectable shift will work with your older Expert Tx.

Hope this helps, John
