Default Bind AR6100e to DX3R?

I'm a rooky in this field so please don't flame me for asking a stupid question.

I just happen to have a DX6i and a AR6100e (for a plane I havent used yet, still training on simulator), in the meantime I've been hooked on something a bit easier than rc planes....rc boats

I have placed my AR6100e in the radiobox in my boat and this way I have been able to seal the boat completely...and its all working perfectly.

But...a stick radio just isn't perfect for a boat (my opinion), so when I came by a DX3r without receiver I bought it(and thought it would be possible to bind it to my my AR6100e...but no luck, cant make it work)

Is it at all possible to get this to work, or do I have to buy yet another receiver (and these spectrum receivers SR3100 are really expensive as well....)

please advise...

- Bjørnar

Default RE: Bind AR6100e to DX3R?

Have you tried surfing to the Horizon Hobby site and contacting their technical support, as well? They may have some answers for you. They provide support for the Spektrum and JR radios.
