Default I need electronics......all of them!

Hey Guys,

I need some electronics for RC. I've got a 2-meter motorglider about half done, and a project list that includes a 60" 3-axis Piper Cub, an 80" P-40 Warhawk, and a few of combat wings sprinkled into the mix. I have no........zero............electronics. I need a transmitter, receiver(s), servos, and batteries.

I've had the Hitech HS-81 servo recommended for my 2-meter project by several people. Knowing nothing about this, I'd tend to go along with this. I do not want to have a situation where I have to buy duplicates when I park one plane and fly another because I purchased the wrong thing to start with.

Info please.......where do I start???????????

If you want to use Hitec servo's your best bet is to go with a Hitec radio system as you'll save a few bucks if you buy everything all in one package. You can use a single receiver in multiple airplanes if you want, but you're going to want to get a set of servo's for each plane as they're more than likley going to be different anyways. Try starting at Tower Hobby's, and searching around other mail order, (and local hobby stores) to find out what kind of deals there are out there on radio setup's.
