Default JR662 and Ultra Stick quak flap setup

I've been looking at some of the other posts re: progamming of the JR652/662 for the Ultra Stick40, but still a little confused. Anyone care to take another stab at a denfinitive step by step sequence for programming the quad flap setup for the Ultra Stick 40 using a JR662/ Slimline 700 combo. I know, I know, it's asking a lot, but maybe someone will take pity...........

You can download the Ultra Stick 40 manual from Horizon Hobby's website. That tells you step by step how to do it.
