9C on Ham Freq?

After 10 plus years of using my 7UAFS on channel 06 (have license), I am upgrading to a Futaba 9C. My question is has anyone heard of problems, etc. using the ham bands? TIA

My 9c is on 06 and has been Great ,6 mo... No problems

01 (50.820) and works flawlessly! Never have run into anyone else on my freq.
