Default GWS 4P receiver problem

I opened a brand new GWS-4P 4 channel receiver and channel 4 was not working at all. When I plug a servo to ch. 4, it jumps (but not to center), and then it has no movement or holding power. I've tried other servos but there is something wrong with the channel in the Rx. All the connections look fine. Any ideas???

Sounds like you might have a hair line crack in the receiver board at the pins for channel 4. It would be the signal lead if the servo jumps when you plug it in or turn on power.
