Default opening jr 10x?

Does anyone know(or have a diagram of)which screws you have to remove to open the back of a 10x transmitter?
Thanks!

I want to tighten the ratchet spring on the throttle control. It doesn't seem to be effected by the external adjustment screws.

The spring on the JR are a little soft for me so I got the Radio South stiff spring in mine....installed by them, the stick do remain very silky to the touch...but more pressure is require to move them.
