It won't hurt the antenna but it will likely make receiving the transmitter signal impossible. Especially if it is a 2.4 GHz radio.
Flying gliders with lots of CF in the fuse we learned to run the antenna outside for best reception. So overall I would not recommend running the antenna inside a CF tube.

thanks for clearing that up for me. bashing a gental lady to twin boom inverted vtail pusher electric and wanted to hide that dang antenna maybe run it thru the wing? what are the glider guys doing?
