Default servo selection

Need help selecting servos for a new Seagull Yak 54 63" wingspan, and a 20cc gasoline engine. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

What torque range?

How fast a response?

How hard are you going to fly it?

Cost limitations?

Metal gear servos is what I would use such as Hitec HS-625MG or Hitec HS-645MG

I probably will not fly too hard on the airplane, but I was hoping to get the servos and radio costs down if I could.
I don't know much about HiTech servos. The price is ok, but the Tower Hobby site said you need Futaba, JR or HiTech Radio. Will these work with Spektrum Radios and the receiver in their DX7 package? Can't wait to fly this bird!

Thanks
