Default has anyone tried the hobby king mini digital servo "HD-1581HB"

These basically have the same specs as the HITEC HB-65MG, but are much cheaper.

I am thinking of using these in my TRex 450.

Here is the link to them: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/s...g/1.9kg/.16sec

I'd like to find someone who has purchased these and used them in the TRex 450 and get your feedback.

Thank you.

I had 3 on my KX450SX. Great servos. They worked great until I dropped the helicopter and grabbed it by a servo lead. I tore the lead right off the servo. They were very accurate in how they moved and the centering was very good. You can also buy them from Troy Built Models. I will order more on my next order from HC.

Iused them. First blade strike and all 3 cyclics stripped...which is par for the course for most servos from what I can gather. Just wish I could find a rebuild kit for them as they performed fine up until "the incident LOL..

Im using HS65MG's now. At least my LHS keeps rebuild kits in stock for those.
