Default Why is the Futaba 9CH* more expensive then the 9CA*?

I thought the only difference was that two 3-way switches were in different spots and the throttle is smooth as opposed to clicking?

If I recall, it has 5 servos (I'm unsure of the type) and a larger capacity battery pack.

THe helicopter version comes with better servos.

Sorry, I ment the Tx itself, when sold by themselves the 9CHX costs more then the 9CAX, why?

Has to be TX battery. There's no other possible reason.

Where do you see the Tx only being sold for different prices? I checked Servo City and they seem to be the same price.

Other than the throttle and switch location, the transmitters are the same.

If someone is selling just the transmitter at a different price, it's probably because they're trying to take advantage of the heli guys. Once you slap "heli" onto a product, the price jumps. Cool Power 15% is a fine example. The forumula is the same between the Heli labeled bottle and the one without the heli label, but my local shop charges more for the heli sticker.

THey are both the same price from Servo City. ANyone who charges more for the Heli version is just trying to rip you off.
