Just crashed my Pietenpol on the weekend fitted with GWS r4P,
I did a range check and could get only 150 m before it would jitter.
I flew it and stayed close at about 20m but lost it
I had extended the antenna by 500mm to get better range but could this make it more sensitive to interference?
TX is JR and I have correct xal.
I have suppressed the motor between brushes and to case.
Has anyone had any success with GWS R$P RX, 500ft range would be enough for me but at 20m it is crap
