Can some one tell me what this is ?
It came with my F-16 from Hobby-lobby

They are three capacitors. Used for noise reduction from brushed motors.

Solder one across the motor terminals, and the other two from each terminal to the motor case.

Not much usefull for anything else, they're tantalum capactors so their values change dramatically when the get even the slightest bit warm. But they're perfect for getting rid of motor noise. Use a couple if you have a noisy motor.
