Did I choose the right sevos for my plane?
I have a zlin 50 LA sport/aerobatic plane
Specifications:
Wing Span : 70 in / 1780mm
Wing Area : 850 sq in / 54.8 sq dm
Flying Weight : 9.25 lb / 4200g
Fuselage Length : 56 in / 1425 mm
Engine Required :2c 1.20 ; 4c 1.60
Radio Required : 5channels 8 servos
http://www.nitroplanes.com/aezlzen12070.html
I have the following servos ready to be mounted on the plane:
Throttle: Futaba 3003
Ailerons: Spektrum DS821 for each wing
Flaps: Futaba 3003 for each wing
Elevator: 2 x Futaba 3152
Rudder: I have a towerpro mg995 and a spektrum DS821. The towerpro has much more torque than the spektrum but I have read bad reviews on it.
Did i choose the right sevos (speed & torque) for my plane? Im worried that Futaba 3003 is not enough for the Flaps

i see no issue
the RUD servo would be better with the DS than the chinese one, i had some problems with it as well, i know that they do not opereate very good over 4.8V

RC planes are illegal in Jordan. I currently own a great planes elecrtifly extra. I fly in a location called wadi Alsair in amman and another location just off the airport road near the golf club. I am plannig to fly the zlin in the deser at an area called "om al-Hallabat" 80 km north east of Amman.
