I have a GWS 4p rx in my slow stick and was wondering if there is a quick way to increase it's range more like the 4n rx. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,Rick

If your rx has the 1/2 meter antenna, you can double the length to 1 meter (39.37 in.) to get more range.

Thanks for the suggestion,I'll try the 1 meter wire. I will probably not go to the extreme range of 300 yds but you never know.

The other wiring in your slow stick is actually part of the antenna system as well. This "counterpoise" is small in park flyers and accordingly, receiver antenna performance suffers. You may be able to improve range by lengthening this other side. Try plugging a 12" servo extension into an unused slot of your receiver and stretching the extension straight out along a wing or inside the fuse. Try to position it as far away from the receiver antenna wire as possible.
