RE: S.Bus
I believe the current S-Bus receiver (6108SB) is a 'multi-mode' receiver requiring transmitters of 8 channels or more with 2048 resolution. This would include the 8FG on up the line to the 14MZ. The 7 channel or less receivers work in '7 channel' mode which is roughly equivalent to 1024 resolution and was the initial FASST offerings. So, the answer to your question is 'no', I believe. Of course, I could be wrong, it's happened once or twice before. ;-)

RE: S.Bus
You are correct about the 6108SB. I overlooked that part.
I actually have a 7 channel S.Bus receiver which needs the TX to be in 7 channel mode. It's the same case as the regular FASST 6106HFC except it only has one set of servo pins for the S.Bus connection. It will work with the 7C.
My Receiver is badged by Robbe in Germany, but i'm 100% positive it is manufactured by Futaba and i expect it will be available in the USA as a Futaba product sometime in the future.
