Default Futaba T7CAP - Throttle Inoperable

I recently purchased a T7CAP (Channel 51) that was previously used and found that the right stick works fine with the Elevator and Aileron and the left stick works for the ruddder, but the throttle doesn't work at all. I'm first wondering if there might be a setting that is preventing it from working before I send in for service.

I know the problem is related to the radio because I have another 72mhz radio (channel 46) and if I put a different crystal in the same aircraft receiver, all the functions, including the throttle work fine.

Thanks in advance

Set up a new model on an unused memory slot and try it.

It's possible its either the radio or the programming.
