Which servos should I prefer between the Futaba S3003 & S3004 servos, I check the spec. and both seems to have the same torque and response time. The only thing is that the S3004 is BB, what those this mean and which should I choose?

The BB refers to a ball bearing that supports the output shaft. The non-BB servos have a bushing that supports the output shaft. For this class of servo I doubt you'll see any real difference -- a BB servo may last longer... When given a choice where all things considered, price, specs, etc, a BB servo is usually the better choice...
