MPX 3030 program challenge
I have buit an unusual scale glider that uses spoilers instead of ailerons. I therefore require the aileron stick to operate :-
left - left spolier down, right up center - both spoilers down right - right spoiler down, left up So far no problem as I just set the servo travel to zero on one side of the throw. Here is the tricky bit for me. I need to use full rotational movement left to right of the servo to raise the spoilers. Can I set the program to operate this from the usual centre neutral on the stick to give this full travel to the servos? |

It can be done by moving the servo centre. However this moves the entire travel graph so the end points have to be adjusted to match the change. You have to adjust each servo separately. First of all, turn the travel value in the off direction down to zero%. The spoiler will now work only in the correct half of stick movement but will of course be at mid travel when stick is neutral. Go to servos menu, servo centre, and turn the centre value so that the spoiler servo moves to the closed end of travel when the stick is at neutral. But that will also have brought down the spoiler open travel to the servos’ mid position, so turn that end of travel % way way up until you get the required movement again. Repeat for the other spoiler servo.

Thanks for the reply. Unless I read the instructions wrong, the max travel I can get is only 110% Vince |
