9202 why???

i want to buy a flip 3d, and i saw people that put to him a 9202 servo, but why to put this servo it coat a looooot and i'am very "short" on money? why no 3001 for exemple?
a frined told my thet they put it for power, with 4.8 v battery.
and if i put 3001 srvoes with a 6.0 v it will be the same?
thank's...

9202 why???

Biggest advantage is the coreless motor however they are a little slow. There's no reason why you can't use 3001's.
