Kraft sport series radio question

I have an older Kraft sport series transmitter which is AM modulation. I am wondering if I can use a Futaba receiver with it.

I have successfully flown both F&M and OS metal case transmitters using an Ace TR403A full-range 27MHz Narrow-band AM receiver. I'm guessing this receiver is really a Futaba repackaged.
The Sport Series Kraft used a shorter pulsewidth than standard and I don't know if that would be an issue with the receiver decoder.
If your transmitter is 72MHz and wideband, it's not legal to use. In this case consider a conversion to a narrowband modern frequency.

Hi Ron. I bought one of your encoders that I am going to use in this radio. I was just curious about the receiver. The radio is not narrow banded anyway. There is someone on the forums who has used your decoder to convert theirs and it looks good. I am going to try to copy this installation. Thanks for the input and the simple encoder.
