Upon ground checking my radio, in my Goldberg Electra, Static check from 25 feet, the control serfaces shutter, no matter what angle I am at in relation to the aircraft. Batteries are all cycled and check great.
Any help with this matter will be greatly appriciated.

IS THIS WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING OR OFF , IF IT IS WITH THE ENGINE OFF ARE YOU CHECKING IT NEAR A POWER TRANSMISSION LINE ETC,

checking indoors or outdoors?

Is there a chain link fence nearby? (they can cause all kinds of ground check problems if within 30 ft.)

All kinds o stuff can be at fault...

Is the antenna loose?
Does it shudder if you are up close?
Can you put another receiver in it, and test again?
You are getting a faulty signal, altered signal, or the receiver is not reading ONLY your signal.
