7C or XP6102

im gonna buy my first radio i a few days, and i just cant make up my mind. loved what i read in the review of the 6102, but never had trouble with my old car-stick radios from Futaba. any experiences with these sets? is the lcd display bigger on the futaba? thanks for any future replies, and have a nice day.

If you have Futaba gear now, I'd stay Futaba.

I have been looking at these two radios also. One thing I found is that if you have a slave servo, such as a separate servo for each elevator half, the elevator trim tab does not move the slave servo. That may or may not be an issue for you. Other than that, I've heard positive remarks about both.

Aaron - Apparently so. I had posted a RCU thread not long ago asking for info about these two radios and that's where I first heard. I confirmed it with a LHS.

The 7C comes with the 127 Futaba Rx. the JR comes with their 700RX.
There is no way that the Futaba can compare to the JR RX.

You're right! The 127 doesn't glitch at all!

Had 3 flying buddies that all used that JR 700 RX and all three had horrible glitching on them...
