Glitching Hitec Feather Rx
I'm using a Hitec Feather Rx in a Foamy. Works great in the park near my house, where there are no other Tx's transmitting.
When I take it to the field where my club flys, there's typically 2-6 other radios transmitting (mostly Futaba & JR FM's) on various freqs (not my frequency of course). The Hitec Feather glitches REALLY bad. Does anyone know a good dual conversion FM Rx alternative to the Hitec Feather (size & weight are critical)? I'm using a Futaba Tx. |

RE: Glitching Hitec Feather Rx
Hitec offers many other small RX's that were designed for the club flying and such. The Feather was not designed for this enviroment.
Hitec info below click on the URL to view the products home page: Click on the RECIEVERS tab at the top middle of your screen, at the next page cl;ick AIRCRAFT Recivers 72mhz, thereafter you can click on any of those listed on the left for more info. Take a look at the NEW HFS-05MS 5 Ch RX or the HFS-04MG 4 Ch specifically for your litewieght application. http://www.hitecrcd.com/product_fs.htm The Berg RX's work very good as well. |

I forgot about the Hitec Electron, one of the local guys uses them and has good things to say.
