RE: hitec pcm to futaba pcm

Sorry no, there is no interbrand compatablility with PCM systems. Also both Hitec and Futaba have old and new PCM systems that are not even compatable with the same brand.

Actually, you have a Futaba TX that can either transmit on a Futaba-unique PCM modulation or general FM modulation. The general FM modulation is compatible with all FM receivers that accept negative shift signals. (Futaba, Hitec, Hobbico, GWS, etc)

As the previous poster indicated, there is no compatibility between different brand PCMs. Hitec's older PCM RXs are also not compatible with their new PCM option on the Eclipse 7. Futaba's older PCM RXs are also not compatible with the newer TXs (512 vs 1024 sampling) I'm not sure if Futaba 9Z's PCM RX is compatible with the Futaba 9C.
