burnt crystals?

Hi!
I have a question. Is it posible to 'burn' graupner 40mhz ssm crystals using a transmitter that requiers 40mhz sss crystals like graupner mc-16/20?

If you are asking if it is possible to change the frequency of a crystal the answer is no. Crystals are physically ground to resonate at a specific frequency. They cannot be changed like a PROM memory chip. Hope this helps.
