y-harness problems?

I have been trying to figure out why one of my aileron servos only moves in one dirrection. They are split with a JR y-harness that has some yellow shrinkwrap at the Y. It was working properly at the end of last season. The other servo works properly. Any suggestions? (batteries were charged)

have you tried plugging a differant servo in it's place. it's probably the servo. the harness wouldn't do this

Try cycling the servo connectors in/out several times, often times low quality connectors corrode (especially tin plated), or buildup electrical resistance due to miss-matched connectors and or tarnish and the like.
