An odd duck question here
Ok...I am wanting to remotley control 6 , seperate six volt motors found on motion-wing duck decoys. I need the range to be about 30 yards or more..not too much more though. I'd like to have one control to switch on and off all 6 individually, but if I HAVE to have 6 seperate remotes then so be it.
Where do I start looking for supplies and what exactly am I looking for? They make remotes for these, but they are all individual controls and are pricy. Any help is appreciated! |
RE: An odd duck question here
I started to reply to this but thought better of it...
For your consideration, I submit that whatever the cost for the commercially made units for this purpose, it will be cheaper than RC modeling equipment. For our consideration, it will keep you from busting up the model of some poor unsuspecting chap operating on either surface or air frequencies when you fire up your ducks. |
RE: An odd duck question here
Pardon my ignorance...not wanting to screw anyone up on this deal. The units are about $60 a piece...cost isn't the issue, it's having 6 seperate remotes. Anyway I could combine them other than duct taping all 6 to a piece of wood? lol
