JR XP8103 1650mA Upgrade Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

The maximum battery JR offers for the XP8103 is part number JRPB9081 which is only 800mA. (White connector on this radio)

I need a 1650 NiMh pack that will work in a brand new XP8103. Where can I get one and what part number do I order.(White Connector)

I don't mind soldering on the connector if necessary.

Thanks VERY much in advance!!!

William

Replaced the batteries in my 8103 and 10S. They have a chart with pictures on their website to select the JR transmitter plug that you need.

I *had* the RRC packs in my 8103 and 10SX radios, and *loved* them. I upgraded to a 10X, which uses a custom battery cartridge - no NIMH option here :(

Do a long slow charge the first time you use them, then you can use your quick charger.
